Collaborative care designed for you

Our Clinic

We believe healing unfolds differently for every person, which is why care at Psych3 is tailored to meet you where you are. Our team builds your treatment plan by getting to know you. We combine our extensive training and nuanced clinical thinking with deep presence and curiosity. Above all, we aim to create a space where you feel truly safe and held, so the work can unfold from within.

Ryan Hoffman, LMFT

Ryan is a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California and Michigan. A Michigan native, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan. A series of healing psychedelic experiences led him to John F. Kennedy University in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he earned his master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology.

That path has shaped his clinical focus. Ryan is deeply passionate about working with acute and complex PTSD, and has pursued post-licensure advanced training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), EMDR, and a variety of somatic modalities to support that specialization. He works with clients navigating trauma, challenging relationships, psychedelic integration, and questions of spiritual and existential meaning, bringing genuine curiosity and care to each person's unique experience.

Ryan is a trainer, supervisor, and consultant for therapists throughout the world with Polaris Insight Center, a leading KAP training clinic in San Francisco.
